Senior Exit Paperwork Due Friday!

As seniors wrap up their last week of classes, they have some very important paperwork to fill out.  Each student has been given a Senior Data Form that asks for information about their future plans.  If they are attending college next year, they must write which school they will be going to so that we know where to send their final transcript after graduation.  On the back side of the form, we also ask for scholarship and grant information.  Students should list what scholarships and grants they would like read at graduation and provide copies of awards.

All materials must be in to Mrs. Cox in guidance no later than this Friday, May 20th.

Forms are linked below.
